Manage and drive IS projects that address business opportunities and issues through goal setting, planning and implementation within budget and on time.
Manage the project and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress.
Coordinate with global/regional customer integration functions i.e. BP&O, CPM and GIS, Cyberjaya Customer Integration team as required.
Manage vendors and/or suppliers within specified time and budget requirements.
Engage vendors (as required), ensuring project specifications and Service Level Agreements are met.
Develop project plan, scope, key stakeholder requirements.
Monitor investment cost, ensure adequate resources are available.
Define the scope and goals of projects to meet the Region or Country’s objectives with the Business Services Manager, National IS Manager, the Country Manager or other members of the Senior Management Team.
Identify project costs and benefits.
Produce project plans that define the purpose, scope, deliverables and success criteria for each project.
Obtain agreement to these plans from all project sponsors.
Produce or draft a project budget.
Assemble project teams as appropriate from both GIS, Cyberjaya, regional and country staff or from outside vendors.
Manage the projects according to agreed plans and budgets.
Identify risks that could impact the completion of the project within budget and on time.
Escalate issues as appropriate and ensure resolution.
Complete project “Life Cycle” and ensure project sign off.
Carry out post project reviews to identify if the originally determined benefits have been realised and take corrective or remedial action as appropriate.
Bachelor Degree or Higher in Information Technology or related field.
3-4 years experienced in systems or support environment
Good command in English (Both of Written & Spoken)
Project Management skills
Experience in Java / Node JS
Experience in SQL server / MySQL
Experience in Window server management skill
Desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
Experience with any IoT project will be an advantage
Some knowledge of telecommunications and networking
Recognized software Project Management methodologies (e.g. SDLC , Agile)
