Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and diversified team in multiple products, to develop strategic plans and drive effective distribution initiatives to support the company's organic growth.

  • Pursues new business opportunities, overseeing and manages functions such as sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain.

  • Recommends distribution and operations strategic, analyses report and assists VP that give insight into how a company can make a improve performance, develop business and coaches' employees on best practices for managing and handling daily issues and tasks.

  • Manage close partnership with distribution leadership team, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive operation efficiency and strengthen route to market.


  • Education in Marketing or related field, MBA is preferred.

  • At least 10 years solid sales experience in FMCG industry especially in General Trade/Traditional Trade background.

  • Broad knowledge and understanding in sales management, key account management, marketing, finance, and supply chain.

  • Proven leadership, communication able to manage a large team approx. 80 people plus.

  • Good business acumen (front-end to back-end) set vision and strategy, as well as strong coaching skills.
