A well-known and Multi-National Company
Lead and diversified team in multiple products, to develop strategic plans and drive effective distribution initiatives to support the company's organic growth.
Pursues new business opportunities, overseeing and manages functions such as sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain.
Recommends distribution and operations strategic, analyses report and assists VP that give insight into how a company can make a improve performance, develop business and coaches' employees on best practices for managing and handling daily issues and tasks.
Manage close partnership with distribution leadership team, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive operation efficiency and strengthen route to market.
Education in Marketing or related field, MBA is preferred.
At least 10 years solid sales experience in FMCG industry especially in General Trade/Traditional Trade background.
Broad knowledge and understanding in sales management, key account management, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Proven leadership, communication able to manage a large team approx. 80 people plus.
Good business acumen (front-end to back-end) set vision and strategy, as well as strong coaching skills.
