the responsibilities include:
Channel Sales: Be responsible for the sales target achievement of Enterprise Security Products(e.g., Firewall, IPS, Cloud solution) by copying with Key Account Sales Manager. The target channel or partners including but not limited to IBM, HPE etc.
Channel Development: Develop strong relationships with the new partners and strenghen the relationships with the existed partners. Motivate them to develop new business opportunities for Hillstone Networks.
Ecosystem Building and Maintance: Make channel map, identify and insight the Thailand local channel status. Be responsible for the channel recruitment, certification to guarantee the quality and quantity of channel resources. Establish and construct a long term, harmonic green channel eco-environment, include key partner, ISV relationship and IT product resales.
Channel Marketing: Organize the channel partners, invite them to participate in the channel activities and improve the brand reputation of Hillstone Networks. Cooperate with marketing team to deliver effective channel program to promote solution and product
Channel Management: Execute the channel strategy and policies within responsible region to avoid violating Business Code
The candidate should have:
Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years working experience in well-known IT/IP equipment providers or IT/IP business partners.
Experience in channels and strategy co-operations with thorough understanding in channels sales & industrial expansion
A good team player, self-motivated, able to monitor overall situation
Self-achievement and team leading experiences is an advantage
Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin Chinese is preferred
