Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation.
Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities.
Manage the delivery of implementation and software development projects according to the plan.
Track projects and provide regular reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop processes for implementation lifecycle and quality assurance.
Manage the relationship and communication with the client to ensure the project is delivered to the client's satisfaction.
Coordinate with the project team to resolve issues and provide technical advice within the required timeframe.
Establish client requirements.
Collaborate with the system integration team and ensure compliance with all client requirements.
Provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation.
Traveling in Thailand and Up-country is required.
Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development & implementation.
Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.
Analytical skills to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
