Manufacturing Manager (Plant Setup - Electronics)Chinese/Taiwanese


  • Manage & control operation for realization business strategies and plans to achieve the company vision and mission by clearly objective to overall manufacturing process.

  • Manage and controls all related assembly processes, make sure all conform with plans in term of quantity, quality, cost, and lead time.

  • Monitors the cost and effectiveness of production activities to achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.

  • Manage the continuous improvement roadmap for plant management team and ensures engagement of the entire plant management team through strong communication and clear direction.

  • Coordinate those activities that support the quality management process and through continuous improvement initiatives and training ensure the organization meets the agreed quality specifications and the changing needs of the customer.

  • Coordinate engineering services, design and manufacture, to ensure there is a cost-effective planning process in place as well as the required investment that delivers product innovation, new manufacturing technology and which provides a point of difference to customers.

  • Provide leadership in manufacturing best practice and associated programs including Final Assembly Test, ISO accreditation, Lean/Six sigma and Quality Cost Reporting.


  • Male / Female, age over 35 years old

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Management or other related fields

  • Overall experience shall be 10 years minimum, with at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Management or Operations Management

  • Electronics manufacturing process knowledge, related assembly, and Electronics device parts industry preferred

  • Strong management, supervisory and people management skills

  • Experience in understanding and driving actions based on the profit & loss statement.

  • Determined and pro-active.

  • Customer relations, excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Good analytical skills & problem solving

  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing environment

  • Efficient organization skills

  • Chinese or Taiwanese with good command of English / Chinese / Thai
