Responsibilities

  • Leads Sales for Insurance sector in Thailand.

  • Acting as a point of contact for assigned existing accounts and potential customers within assigned territory. Mix of hunter and gatherer profile but ask for more of a hunting background.

  • Good understanding of Insurance domain and marketplace. Area of Insurance coverage include Life, General Insurance, Group, Health and Reinsurance. Candidate needs to have a deep understanding of at least one of the industry sub-segments.

  • Good understanding of on-going IT trends in the markets specifically cloud, analytics, AI and ML.

  • Ability to interact at senior levels within Insurance companies and bring in good CXO connections in Thailand Insurance market.

  • Able to present products and services to potential clients, identifying specific customer requirements and recommending ways to promote and sell our products and services.

  • Excellent communication skills and motivation to meet sales goals. Team player who can collaborate and work across cross functional teams.

  • Reporting on regional sales results. (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA with specialization in technology, accounting, finance or businesses administration.

  • 15+ years’ experience in sales out of which at least 10 years in Insurance or Finance related fields.

  • Experience working with Multi national companies selling and or delivering large integration or services projects.
