Part of DBA team providing support for 3000+ databases around the globe.
· Provide Level 2 support and keep the business running for Oracle DBMS technology, which include consulting, troubleshooting, build, and handle customer requests.
· Handle escalation on-call from Managed Service Provider (MSP) during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
· 3-5 years’ experience as an Oracle Database Administrator (12c) on the following aspects
· Real Application Cluster - Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Backup & Recovery
· SAP Oracle experience
· Oracle Exadata & ODA
· Weekend on-call is once a month.
