Responsibilities
Lead operational compliance with Central Group’s policy and regulatory requirement to drive towards sustained operation and promote corporate governance
Direct and manage overall IT infrastructure, with the objective to make the most effective and efficient use of IT resources
Drive and strive team toward Digital Transformation mindset
Responsible for executing business and technical projects across multiple stakeholders; developing analysis to support process improvements
Manage overall technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals; keep up-to-date with the most recent technologies and advising on what new technologies solutions and their implementation will meet business and system requirements
Manage all IT resources to fully utilize and ensure maximum efficiency with responsibility for hiring, evaluating, coaching and guidance
Provide input to support and facilitate risk assessment activities to ensure all potential risks are continuously monitored
Lead business support system and cross-divisional project management activities, align with project objectives within determine timeline, set budget and expected solution quality
Develop action plan for team to provide guideline and instruction for team members
Support to development of a capable and motivated team to sustain organization profitable growth
Evaluate performance of team to ensure achievement of team goal and target
Qualifications
Age not over 40 years old
Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Sciences, IT, Information Systems, or related fields
At least 8-10 years of experience in IT related projects (3-5 years of experience in Project Management)
Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle and Software Implementation
Retail business knowledge are required
Strong in leadership, people/talent management, conflict resolution, analytical skills and change management
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details in provided information
