  • Prepare and troubleshoot laptop/Desktop PC, peripherals and software for internal users

  • Regularly monitor the status of It infrastructure and report the issue when they are found

  • Controlling the borrowing/returning of common it equipment

  • Implement and administrate internal infrastructure such as servers (Include VM) and network


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or related field

  • 3-7 years of experience as IT Technical/Helpdesk support engineer

  • Have skills of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of popular Operating system and popular desktop software

  • Ability to solve hardware issues

  • Knowledge of Windows servers, VMware and Network are advantages

  • Good English communication skills
